Terms and Conditions of Sale
These tickets are sold to the purchaser by National Trust Enterprises which is a trading subsidiary owned by The National Trust (Charity No. 205846) (together "The National Trust Group").
The National Trust Group does not accept responsibility for the loss of these tickets. Tickets are personal to the ticket holder and are non-transferable.
All performances will continue in wet weather and will only be abandoned in extreme conditions.
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged unless the ticket holder is legally entitled to a refund or exchange (for example if the event is significantly different from advertised or where the event is cancelled)
National Trust Group may:
- refuse admission or require ticket holders to leave National Trust Group property if in its reasonable opinion the ticket holder may cause harm to him or herself or any third party, National Trust Group property or reputation or third parties' enjoyment of National Trust Group property;
- refuse the admittance or use of recording or video equipment at the premises;
- amend the programme without notice in circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Dogs other than Guide Dogs are not permitted at any musical/theatrical events.
Picnics and Gazebos only permitted at certain events - please see information sheet for more details.
BBQs and Flambeaux are not permitted at any property at any time.
Customers are advised to check The National Trust Website www.nationaltrust.org.uk/events or call the property directly for any event amendments prior to departure.
